Sacramento Job Fairs

For those interested in local Job Fairs or Career Fairs there are many upcoming events. Take full advantage of these events, they can be very rewarding and resourceful for any jobseeker. Many employers show up searching for the right candidate, yes I know that some Job Fairs seem a little skimpy or come up a little short for what they advertise. But, there is that chance that you are the one that they are looking for, so don't miss out on your opportunity.
Prepare for a Job Fair, DO NOT GO IN SHORTS AND FLIP FLOPS. This just dumb founds me. Employers and job scouts are there searching for their new employee and people go in shorts, flip flops, unshaven, no make-up on. And (1) resume if any! PEOPLE what are you thinking, if that is the way you prepare your job search - Just go to the beach or for a bike ride and forget it.
Dress professional, like it is your first day at work. Take at least 15 resumes, on quality paper from a good printer. You are marketing yourself, show it.
